On the afternoon of December 6, the Signing Ceremony of the Memorandum of Understanding between GNUST and Saint Paul University Philippines (SPUP) is successfully held. He Jinlong, Executive Deputy Director of the Transitional Management Committee of GNUST, and Dr. Ke Guoxiao, Deputy Director of the Chinese Student Service Center of SPUP, attend the signing ceremony.

He Jinlong said that education, science and technology have no borders. GNUST has always been attaching importance to international cooperation and exchanges, and has actively carried out collaborations and activities on education and research with high-level universities abroad. We look forward to taking the signing of MOU as an opportunity to deepen cooperation between the two sides in terms of high-level teacher visits, promotion of qualifications, and training of international and versatile talents. Focusing on the "the Belt and Road" development strategy, we will better improve the international education level and global influence of the two universities.

Dr. Ke Guoxiao said that she was very pleased to establish a formal cooperative relationship with GNUST and hoped that the two sides would establish a strong partnership in the next few years under the principles of mutual understanding, mutual benefit and mutual help.
